Elder Construction Inc is Hiring a Laborer Near Windsor, CO
Description
Performs a variety of physical labor duties on the job site including, but not limited to, moving materials and supplies, erecting or dismantling scaffolding or other set-up and break-down activities, digs trenches, demolition, use of hand and power tools and performs general clean-up of tools, equipment, and work areas. The laborer position may assist other crafts in their trades. This position directly reports to the Foreman.

- Engage in the company with a team player perspective.
ACTIVITIES
- Arrive on time and be prepared to go to work on daily tasks.
- Perform daily tasks as outlined by Superintendent or Foreman.
- Assist Foreman/Carpenters in daily tasks, to include:
- Clean-up of work areas.
- Maintaining tools.
- Properly plan and layout materials and tools for the day’s activities.
- Accurately track time and task performed on each project.
- Accurately complete and sign timecards by 5:00pm on Saturday.
- Complete OSHA 10 within the first 90 days of employment.
- Attend weekly toolbox talks on jobsites.
- Attend monthly staff meeting at 3:30PM on Thursdays.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. 2 years' experience working as a laborer on commercial construction projects or related field is preferred.
2. Must have a current and valid United States Driver’s License.
3. Must have competent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Basic knowledge of construction.
5. Knowledge of safe operation with basic hand and power tools.
